于晓强，男，1963年6月出生，吉林长春人。

工作学习简历：
1981-1985 在吉林大学化学系学习，获学士学位；
1985-1988 在清华大学化工系学习，攻读硕士学位，主要从事高分子化工；
1988-1996 在山东工业大学从事教学工作；
1996-1999 在吉林大学化学系攻读博士学位，主要从事阻尼材料的研究；
1999-2001 在山东大学晶体材料研究所做博士后，主要从事双光子聚合的研究；
2001年至今 在山东大学晶体材料研究所工作。
主要研究方向
（1）双光子光聚合反应及其在周期性微结构方面的应用的研究；
（2）基于强双光子吸收的激光光聚合及聚合物光子晶体的研究。
