现为山东大学晶体材料研究所教授，博士生导师。

1980---1984, 南昌大学物理系，学士；
1986---1989, 中国科学院金属研究所，硕士；
（硕士论文，Al-Mg合金的形变机理）
1994---1997, 南京大学物理系，博士
（博士论文，同步辐射形貌术和光学显微术观察硼酸盐系列晶体中的生长缺陷）
1997---1999，山东大学晶体材料研究所，博士后

工作经历：
1989-1994，南昌航空工业学院材料工程系，助教，讲师；
1999-2001，山东大学晶体材料研究所，副教授；
2001-至今，山东大学晶体材料研究所，教授。

海外学习经历：
2001.1— 2001.3, 美国阿岗国家实验室，访问学者；
2007.5-2007.11, 澳大利亚昆士兰大学，高级研究学者。

研究方向：
宽带隙半导体单晶生长；
晶体缺陷；
同步辐射应用；
X射线与电子衍射。

承担项目：
国家自然科学基金：升华法生长AlN单晶；
教育部科技创新工程重大项目培育资金项目：SiC单晶的超精密加工；
国家863项目：SiC单晶衬底制备；
山东省科技攻关项目：半导体照明工程用芯片技术开发。
