现为山东大学晶体材料研究所教授,博士生导师。

学习经历:
1980---1984, 南昌大学物理系,学士;
1986---1989, 中国科学院金属研究所,硕士;
(硕士论文,Al-Mg合金的形变机理)
1994---1997, 南京大学物理系,博士
(博士论文,同步辐射形貌术和光学显微术观察硼酸盐系列晶体中的生长缺陷)
1997---1999,山东大学晶体材料研究所,博士后

工作经历:
1989-1994,南昌航空工业学院材料工程系,助教,讲师;
1999-2001,山东大学晶体材料研究所,副教授;
2001-至今,山东大学晶体材料研究所,教授。

海外学习经历:
2001.1— 2001.3,  美国阿岗国家实验室,访问学者;
2007.5-2007.11, 澳大利亚昆士兰大学,高级研究学者。

研究方向:
宽带隙半导体单晶生长;
晶体缺陷;
同步辐射应用;
X射线与电子衍射。

承担项目:
国家自然科学基金:升华法生长AlN单晶;
教育部科技创新工程重大项目培育资金项目:SiC单晶的超精密加工;
国家863项目:SiC单晶衬底制备;
山东省科技攻关项目:半导体照明工程用芯片技术开发。
