何京良简介

何京良, 男, 1957.10.27生, 山东青岛市人,理学博士,山东大学晶体所、晶体材料国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师,山东省首批“泰山学者”特聘教授,南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室兼职教授,博士生导师,山东省物理学会常务理事、激光学会常务理事,美国光学学会(OSA)会员。
主要研究领域包括:1.全固态激光器的研究及应用;2. 新型激光晶体和非线性光学晶体材料的新功能、新现象探索及光电特性的表征和应用;3. 光学超晶格材料及准相位匹配多波长激光器;4. 紫外、中红外波段相干源和光谱学等。

学习工作简历:
1982年毕业于山东师范大学物理系,1988年北京大学无线电系量子电子学与波谱专业硕士研究生毕业;1998年中国科学院物理研究所光物理实验室光学专业博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位。大学毕业至今,先后任助教、讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师。期间1991年至1993年为英国Coventry大学应用物理系访问学者;2001年至2002年为台湾交通大学光电工程研究所客座助理教授;2002年至2003年为南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师;2004年至2005年为山东师范大学物理系教授、现代光学省级重点实验室主任。
代表性成果:
90年代中期开始从事固体激光研究工作,在大功率全固态激光器件、高重复率短脉冲及连续波锁模超短脉冲激光器、光学超晶格QPM参量过程及多波长激光器件等领域开展了较为系统的理论和实验研究。其创造性工作是首次研制出基于各种周期结构光学超晶格QPM参量耦合理论的PPLT直接三倍频全固态激光器,开拓了一条实现多波长同时输出和直接三倍频获得高效短波长激光的新途径。该创新已在美国申请了发明专利,所研制的高功率光学超晶格RGB白光激光器是2006年中国自然科学一等奖的重要代表性成果之一。近五年来,先后参加了两项国家863重大课题和一项国家973重大课题,主持了3项国家自然科学基金项目、2项省基金重点项目(江苏、山东各1项);主持山东省2006年自主创新重大科技专项计划。有15项发明专利,获山东省科技进步三等奖、中国高校自然科学一等奖和山东省高校自然科学一等奖各1项。在《Phys. Rev. Lett》,《Appl. Phys. Lett》, 《Opt. Lett》等SCI刊物上发表论文70余篇,被他人引用122次。1998年开始招收硕士研究生,2003年在南京大学被批准为博士生导师,到目前为止,共培养博士、硕士研究生23名。
